Back again by popular demand! This will be our fourth trip to St. Lucia. Anse Chastenet Resort is a beautiful, luxurious resort with unique, airy rooms, fantastic food, sandy beaches, and picturesque views. Enjoy colorful corals, fascinating reef creatures, and short boat rides! They have thought of every detail at this resort, treat every guest like a VIP, and are so accommodating and friendly.

We will go out for two boat dives each morning, and will be back to shore for lunch. The rest of the afternoon can be spent at your leisure, snorkeling or diving from shore, hiking the grounds of Anse Chastenet, mountain biking through the jungle...or get a massage at the spa, take a cooking or chocolate making class, do yoga, hike the Piton mountain, visit the volcano...or just relax in a cushy beach chair under a palapa! The stay also includes use of non-motorized watersports like hobie cat sailing or kayaking. This would be a lovely relaxing vacation for non-divers too. Try Scuba experiences are available, if any non-divers would like to give it a shot and see what it’s like!

The food is absolutely delicious. The package includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. Start the day with an extensive breakfast menu offering eggs cooked to order, omelettes, french toast, oatmeal...etc. Enjoy lunch at the oceanfront restaurant and bar. Choose from three restaurants for dinner. Also included is a manager's cocktail reception followed by one of the largest Caribbean food buffet's you've ever experienced, but be sure to save room for dessert!! They make it all in-house! The trip will wrap up with a private group cocktail party and farewell dinner.

For this trip, we have booked the Beach Deluxe rooms. The bedrooms are air conditioned and the rooms are a bit larger than the other rooms at the resort. On our first trip, the consensus from the group was that the extra cost for the Beach rooms would have been worth it, so that's what we opted for on this trip. Also, the Beach rooms are right on the beach and close to the dive shop and the beach restaurant, so it's very convenient!

*If you would like to reserve one of the "superior" or "hillside deluxe" category rooms, these options are also available and alternate rates are listed below. All of the rooms at the resort are unique. The superior and hillside deluxe rooms are on the hill. They do not have air conditioning, but they do have a breeze that blows through the louvered windows, plus mosquito netting over the bed. And they have lovely views.

Want a gorgeous view, a comfortable sitting space, and a balcony with a view?

Opt for a "HILLSIDE DELUXE" room for a little bit more:

• $200 Upgrade fee per person for divers and nondivers (double occupancy)  
• $400 Upgrade fee for divers wanting single occupancy  
• Spacious room, gorgeous views, island breezes, (but no a/c)

Save a little and stay in a "SUPERIOR" room on the hill

• Subtract $400 per person for divers or non divers (double occupancy)  
• Subtract $800 for a diver wanting single occupancy  
• Smaller room, nice view, private setting, island breezes, no a/c

Payment schedule:

• Only 10% deposit required to initially reserve your spot
• 25% of total is due by May 31, 2024.
• 50% of total is due by Sep 30, 2024.
• 75% of total is due by Jan 31, 2025.
• Final balance due by April 5, 2025. No refunds after April 5, 2025
• Rates based on cash or check payments. Add 4% for credit card payments.

All rates are per person. "Double occupancy" means each person pays this rate and there are two people in the room. "Single occupancy" means you pay this rate and you have the room all to yourself.
